Nokia 71 Plus back panel image leak shows dual rear cameras

Last week, the images of the front panel of the rumoured Nokia X7 (the Nokia 7.1 Plus is reportedly referred to as Nokia X7 in China) were leaked hinting about the display size of the smartphone. Now, another image is making the rounds on the internet claiming to show the back panel of the smartphone. The image is claimed to have leaked from the factory and shows a dark coloured panel, probably Black or Dark Blue. The back panel image is claimed to be taken inside the factory where the phone is being manufactured and shows that the smartphone sporting vertically-aligned dual-cameras located at the centre of the panel. Just below the cameras is a cutout which could be for an LED flash. There is a fingerprint sensor and Nokia branding that follows the camera encasing. In the photo, we can also see the Android One marked which implies that the smartphone may come under Google’s Android One Program. Just like HMD Global’s other offerings, the alleged Nokia 7.1 Plus will also get timely security and Android OS updates. This may not be the case if the company launches the smartphone in China (as Nokia X7). Source Previously, a front panel leak claimed to be of the Nokia 7.1 Plus did not show a “notched” display. The user who leaked these photos claimed that the Nokia 7.1 Plus will have thin side bezels, the top bezel is expected to house a camera, proximity sensors and the earpiece and there will be a thick chin. The smartphone may come with a 5.9-inch display, which is slightly smaller than its predecessor, the Nokia 7 Plus that sports a 6-inch screen. The Nokia 7.1 Plus will reportedly retain the 2160x1080p resolution and will reportedly come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset - an upgrade from the Nokia 7 Plus which is powered by the Snapdragon 660 SoC. The device is said to support 18W fast charging. There is also a speculation that the device will launch with the alleged Nokia 9, which has been reported to sport a penta-camera setup on the back. HMD Global may launch the smartphone is expected to launch on October 4.
